ANDREA STELIGA-PHILLIPS, PsyD

Dr. Steliga-Phillips is a post-doctoral resident in clinical psychology. She is originally from Wisconsin, obtained her bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and received her doctorate degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University.

Dr. Steliga-Phillips completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Twin Cities Internship Consortium. Her other prior clinical work includes: individual psychotherapy, psycho-educational workshops for individuals convicted of misdemeanor crimes, group therapy with children who witnessed domestic violence and psychological assessments.

Dr. Steliga-Phillips uses an integrative therapeutic approach with cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and play therapy theories and techniques. Her goal is to provide an environment for clients to find stability and ultimately become empowered in their healing and growth process. Her clinical interests include children and adolescents, family problems, depression and anxiety disorders, chemical dependency, and positive psychology.
